What templates are available?
Hirebix provides 6 pre-built templates: Software Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, UX/UI Design, and Leadership & Management. Each template includes 5-6 competencies with full behavioral rubrics (3 observable behaviors per proficiency level) and 4-5 ready-to-use interview questions per competency.
Can AI create a competency framework from my job description?
Yes. Paste your job description and Hirebix AI extracts 3-10 competencies tailored to the role. It suggests proficiency levels, assigns importance weights, maps competencies to interview round types, and identifies which competencies are must-haves. The AI-generated framework is saved to your library and can be customized.
What happens to active interviews if I update a framework?
Nothing changes for active jobs. When you attach a framework to a job, Hirebix takes a full copy of the framework data at that moment. Editing the framework afterward only affects future jobs that import it. Active interview guides stay exactly as they were.
Can I combine competencies from multiple frameworks?
Yes. When importing competencies into a job, you can choose "Add Missing" to merge competencies from a second framework without replacing existing ones. Hirebix creates a combined framework automatically, deduplicating competencies by name.
