How does Hirebix screen resumes with AI?

Hirebix uses a two-stage pipeline. Stage 1 (Fit Analysis) compares the candidate against five dimensions: skills match, experience, education, location, and compensation. Stage 2 (Deep Screening) reads the full resume and evaluates each requirement through 5 independent sub-scores with evidence citations and red flag detection. The result is a transparent 0-100 score with a per-requirement breakdown.

How many resumes can Hirebix screen at once?

You can screen up to 200 resumes in a single batch. Hirebix processes them in parallel and tracks progress in real time. Monthly limits depend on your plan: 50 screens on Free, 500 on Solo, 1,500 on Pro, and 3,000 on Scale.

What red flags does Hirebix detect in resumes?

Hirebix detects five types of red flags: keyword stuffing (skills listed but never used in work experience), vague claims ("responsible for" without measurable outcomes), contradictions between resume sections, inflated job titles not supported by descriptions, and copy-paste bullet points across employers. Employment gaps are intentionally not penalized.

Can Hirebix automatically shortlist or reject candidates?

Yes. With Auto-Triage, you set two score thresholds: "shortlist above" and "reject below." Candidates scoring above your shortlist threshold are automatically advanced, and those below your reject threshold are automatically declined. Candidates in between are flagged for your manual review.

Is the AI screening biased?

Hirebix is designed to reduce hiring bias. Resumes are evaluated on what candidates achieved, not their background. Names, photos, and demographic data do not influence the score. Non-native English speakers are not penalized. Employment gaps are not treated as red flags.
