Job Summary:
We are hiring a Branch Operations & Customer Service Executive for a leading AMC. The role involves managing branch operations, ensuring compliance, handling customer queries, and maintaining high service standards in line with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, AMFI guidelines, and internal policies. Manage branch operations, documentation, and office administration Deliver excellent customer service and resolve investor queries Maintain accurate records and audit readiness Monitor and achieve customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets. Ensure smooth processing of mutual fund transactions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Strong understanding of mutual fund products and processes Good knowledge of financial markets (Equity & Debt) Customer-centric with excellent communication skills Ability to handle compliance and operational responsibilities efficiently
Eligibility Criteria:
Post Graduate (Mandatory) NISM Certification (Mandatory)
